INSTRUCTIONS POUR LA PR\u00c9SENTATION D\u2019AFFICHES<\/h3>\n

Les affiches seront regroup\u00e9es par sujets, num\u00e9rot\u00e9es et not\u00e9es dans le programme. Le num\u00e9ro que l\u2019on vous donnera \u00e0 votre pr\u00e9sentation dans le programme et par correspondance correspond au tableau d\u2019affichage que vous devez utiliser. Les s\u00e9ances d\u2019affiches seront affich\u00e9es du jeudi 4 juin, vendredi 5 juin au samedi 6 juin 2026 et sont des p\u00e9riodes de 60 minutes. QUINZE MINUTES durant cette p\u00e9riode seront allou\u00e9es comme suit: 10 minutes pour monter vos affiches et 5 minutes pour les d\u00e9monter.<\/p>\n

**POUR QU\u2019IL SOIT POSSIBLE DE DISCUTER DE VOTRE TRAVAIL, NOUS VOUS PRIONS DE VOUS TROUVER \u00c0 L\u2019ENDROIT ASSIGN\u00c9 AU JOUR ET \u00c0 L\u2019HEURE INDIQU\u00c9S DANS LA LETTRE D\u2019ACCEPTATION QUI VOUS A \u00c9T\u00c9 ADRESS\u00c9E. VOTRE AFFICHE SERA EXPOS\u00c9E SEULEMENT DURANT LA P\u00c9RIODE SP\u00c9CIFI\u00c9E DANS VOTRE LETTRE D\u2019ACCEPTATION.<\/p>\n

PR\u00c9PARATION DES AFFICHES :<\/h3>\n

Vous disposez d\u2019une surface d\u2019environ 4\u2032 de hauteur 8\u2032 de largeur. Cette surface sera de velcro. Des punaises seront fournies sur place. Pr\u00e9parez une \u00e9tiquette qui portera le titre de la pr\u00e9sentation et le nom des auteurs et que vous apposerez en haut de l\u2019affiche. Une copie de votre r\u00e9sum\u00e9 (de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence en anglais et en fran\u00e7ais) en grosses lettres moul\u00e9es devrait figurer \u00e0 gauche, dans le coin sup\u00e9rieur du tableau d\u2019affichage. Un carton trop \u00e9pais comme mat\u00e9riel d\u2019affiche pourrait \u00eatre difficile \u00e0 garder en place. Pri\u00e8re de ne pas \u00e9crire directement sur les num\u00e9ros et les tableaux d\u2019affichage ni les marquer.<\/p>\n

CONSEILS SUR LA FABRICATION DE VOTRE AFFICHE<\/h3>\n

  1. Tout lettrage doit \u00eatre visible \u00e0 distance.<\/li>\n
  2. Les graphiques, dessins et illustrations doivent \u00eatre aussi simples que possible; la couleur peut \u00eatre utile pour mettre de l\u2019accent. Les l\u00e9gendes seront, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence, br\u00e8ves et claires.<\/li>\n
  3. Vous aiderez les spectateurs si vous indiquez l\u2019ordre \u00e0 suivre dans l\u2019\u00e9tude de votre mat\u00e9riel.<\/li>\n
  4. Votre affiche devrait id\u00e9alement s\u2019expliquer d\u2019elle-m\u00eame de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 vous permettre de fournir des renseignements suppl\u00e9mentaires sur votre travail.     INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRINTED POSTER PRESENTATIONS<\/h3>\r\n

    Posters will be grouped by topic, numbered, and listed in the printed Program. The number assigned to your poster presentation in correspondence and in the convention program materials will correspond to the poster board which you must use. Poster sessions will be scheduled on Thursday, May 28th<\/sup> through Saturday, May 30th<\/sup> and will be 90 minutes in length. Because of schedule constraints, FIFTEEN MINUTES will be allowed during your scheduled presentation time for setup and dismantle: 10 minutes to mount your posters and 5 minutes to remove them.<\/p>\r\n

    **PLEASE BE AT YOUR ASSIGNED SPACE ON THE DAY AND TIME SPECIFIED IN YOUR ACCEPTANCE LETTER TO PRESENT YOUR POSTER. YOUR POSTER WILL ONLY BE DISPLAYED FOR THE TIME SPECIFIED IN YOUR ACCEPTANCE LETTER.<\/p>\r\n

    PREPARATION OF POSTERS:<\/h3>\r\n

    You will have a space of approximately 4' high by 8' wide for your poster. The poster board surface will be Velcro. Pins will be supplied onsite.<\/p>\r\n

    Prepare a label for the top of your poster space, indicating title and author(s). A copy of your abstract (preferably in English and French), in large typescript, should be posted in the upper left-hand corner of the poster board. Heavy board may be difficult to keep in position on the poster board. Do not write on or mark the poster boards or the poster board numbers.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    TIPS ON MAKING POSTERS<\/h3>\r\n
      \r\n \t
    1. All lettering should be legible from a distance.<\/li>\r\n \t
    2. Charts, drawings, and illustrations should be kept as simple as possible; coloring can be useful to add emphasis and clarity. Captions should be brief and labels few but clear.<\/li>\r\n \t
    3. It helps the viewer if you can indicate a preferred sequence to follow in studying your material.<\/li>\r\n \t
    4.
